Thank you for visiting T4THNK. These terms explain how buying from us works. We have kept them as short and plain as we can. Please read them before you order, together with our Refund & Returns policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. Who we are

Industry codes: we do not belong to a self-regulatory body. As a supplier of consumer goods we follow the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code, available at www.cgso.org.za.

2. Agreeing to these terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. You can save or print this page at any time. You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to place an order.

3. Our products

We sell printed philosophy-quote T-shirts in sizes S to XXL, and a digital booklet, "Essential ideas to ponder". Each product page describes the T and its sizing. We take care to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary, so the real thing may look slightly different. We credit each quote to its author as carefully as we can.

4. Prices

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Our Ts are R450 each. T4THNK is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged; prices are in rand and final. Delivery (R140 per order) is charged separately and the full total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay. If we ever list something at an obviously wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Placing an order

At checkout you can review your whole order, correct any mistakes, or leave without buying before you finally place it. When you place an order, you make us an offer; we accept it when we email you an order confirmation. That email, and your account's order history if you have one, is your record of the transaction. If we can't fulfil an order (for example, a size has sold out), we will tell you straight away and refund any payment within 30 days, usually much sooner.

6. Paying

EFT: our bank details appear on your order confirmation. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Unpaid EFT orders are cancelled after 3 working days.
Card payments: where we offer them, card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Our website runs on Shopify and uses encrypted (SSL) connections to protect the information you send us.

7. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa. Timing, costs and couriers are set out in our Shipping policy. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

8. Cancelling, returns and refunds

You may cancel an online order for any reason within 7 days of receiving the goods (ECT Act, section 44). You pay only the direct cost of returning them, and we refund you in full within 30 days of cancellation. Personalised items, and the digital booklet once downloaded or once the access link has been used (unless it is faulty or not as described), are excluded from this cooling-off right. 9. Quality guarantee

Under the Consumer Protection Act (section 56), if a T-shirt is defective or not of reasonable quality within 6 months of delivery, you may return it at our cost and choose a replacement or a full refund. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from not following the care instructions.

10. The digital booklet

When you buy "Essential ideas to ponder", you may keep it and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, share, resell or publish it. The download link is emailed once your payment is confirmed. Because digital content can't be returned, the booklet can't be refunded once you have downloaded it or used the access link, unless the file is faulty or not as described, in which case we will fix it or refund you in full.

11. Our content

The T4THNK name, designs, images and text on this site belong to Roland Cox (T4THNK) or are used with permission. Quotes remain credited to their authors. Please don't use our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. We are not responsible for indirect losses that weren't foreseeable when you ordered. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the ECT Act, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Your personal information

We collect and use your personal information only to process your order, deliver it and keep in touch with you if you agree, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our Privacy policy explains how.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example if T4THNK becomes a registered company. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by South African law. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will do our best to sort it out. If we can't, you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (www.cgso.org.za), the National Consumer Commission, or a court with jurisdiction.
